At Tsaka Beauty, we value your trust and strive to ensure you’re satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy is provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012, and other applicable Kenyan laws.
1. Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged beauty products within 24 hours of purchase. To be eligible:
Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
You must present proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Items must not be part of a promotional sale labeled as final sale.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Personal care items such as shampoo, conditioners, oils, or cosmetics that have been unsealed
Gift cards or free promotional items
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
